TV Series
Applications
In Italian language TV means “TIPO VECCHIO”(old type) because this series of couplings is the first that MB began to produce from 1956 on his own drawings: TV series is well known in Italy and now MB is the only producer of it. These couplings are suitable for any hydraulic application in industry and in agriculture: the hardiness and the wide range of sizes are their peculiar features. The 1.1/4”, 1.1/2” and 2” sizes are also available in brass and in stainless steel AISI 316.

- Materials: Female in carbon steel, male in high grade carbon steel, induction hardened steel hardened valve
- Surface treatment: zinc plating and Cr III passivation, springs in C72 steel, high resistance balls 100 C6
- Seals: standard NBR 85°Shore, on request VITON
- Antiextrusion rings: only in the 1” size
- Working Temperatures: NBR -20°C +100°C VITON -15°C +140°C
For temperature exceeding this values, the quick-release couplings will be supplied with all components in steel.
