Chrome plated steel Bars and Pipes Tubes for hydraulic cylinder, the hard chromium plating process is a continuous horizontal· operation: The bars advance and rotate, driven one by one through the chromium· plating machine using a hydraulic system which also transfers the required electric contact to each bar. The ground and polished bars enter the machine from one side and exit, fully plated, from the other. The bars are fully plated up to the ends contrary to the conventional processes.
Tubes for Cylinders: The characteristics and the accuracy of cold-drawn steel tubes make these products particularly suitable use as cylinders and pistons in hydraulic and pneumatic power transmission and control. In combination with matching seals, cold drawn cylinder tuber can be used for wide range of hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Their specific properties are according to the international standard ISO 4394/1.
